Part-time Receptionist

Hours: 20 hours and 40 minutes per week, between the hours of Monday to Friday 8am-6pm

Salary: 7.94 per hour

This is a contract position to cover maternity leave.

The Role
To be the first business contact for corporate visitors and customers and to deliver world class front of house service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Man a busy switchboard, transferring calls and taking messages for both external and
* internal calls in a professional and timely manner
* Meet and greet customers and visitors in a polite and professional manner
* Ensure the reception area / showroom is kept in a pristine condition at all times
* Co-ordinate and maintain the management of the meeting rooms, including the ownership of the diary management and ensuring that any changes are made as and when requested.
* Arrange catering for meetings as required.
* Book travel requirements as and when required.

Skills Required:
* Well presented
* Experienced in the use of a switchboard
* Competent in the use of Microsoft Office
* Previous experience in a custom service / facing environment
